Clovis USD Door Locks Phase 5

INTRODUCTION

Clovis Unified School District is inviting suppliers and subcontractors to submit bid proposals for the Clovis Unified School District, Bid 3029 – Campus Security Improvements Phase 5. The project entails work at the following six school sites: Clovis North High School, Copper Hills Elementary, Fugman Elementary, Granite Ridge Intermediate, Mountain View Elementary, and Riverview Elementary.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK

This project generally consists of providing all door hardware, electrical, and low-voltage requirements, and modifications to provide new, complete access control systems to the noted eight school sites.

This is a Multiple Prime contract bid to Clovis Unified School District and subject to Pre-Qualification. Please review plans and specs including all Addenda. The following are the bid packages associated with this project:

CSI-01d – DOOR HARDWARE                                           C-28 License required

CSI-02d – ELECTRICAL & LOW-VOLTAGE                 C-7 or C-10 License required

All bids need to include the proper bid docs as called out in the Notice to Contractors & Instructions to bidders.

Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting – There will be one mandatory pre-bid meeting as indicated below. Contractors will be required to sign in at each site to prove they attended the entire walk.  Contractors who did not attend as mentioned will be disqualified from bidding.

Pre-Bid Meeting: Tuesday, March 18, 2025  at Clovis North High School located at 2770 E. International Avenue, Fresno CA 93730 at 9:00 a.m.  Meet at flagpole.
