INTRODUCTION
Island Union Elementary School District is seeking proposals from qualified providers to fabricate, deliver and set in place Modular Buildings to the Island
Union Elementary School District. Sitework, utilities, and other elements outside of the scope of this project will be bid under a separate bid.
All bids need to include the proper bid docs as called out in the Notice to Bidders & Instructions to Bidders.
All bids must be delivered to Island Union Elementary School District office no later than the bid date and time indicated below.

All subcontractors must possess a valid California Contractors License for the scope of work performed and provide proof of General Liability, Worker’s Compensation and Auto Insurance. For more project information, see plans and specifications.
By submitting a bid, the contractor represents that he has reviewed the sample agreement between Owner and Contractor form included in the Notice to Contractors and consents to its use without modification, and agrees to execute same if awarded by Owner.
