Central Unified School District is inviting suppliers and subcontractors to submit bid proposals for

Justin Garza High School – Athletic Complex Increment No. 2 (MECHANICAL PACKAGE JG 9

REBID – ONLY) The project is located at the 4100 N. Grantland Avenue, Fresno, CA. 93723.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK – (MECHANICAL PACKAGE, JG 9 REBID- ONLY)

This project consists of construction of a new athletic complex for the Central Unified School District.

Athletic Complex to include 6 buildings, 3 service yards, championship soccer field and bleachers.

This is a Multiple Prime contract bid to Central Unified School District, MWC is the Construction Manager.

Plans, specs, and all Addenda must be reviewed and incorporated into each bid. The following are the bid

packages associated with this project: JG 9 - MECHANICAL - C-20
