Clovis Unified Campus Security Improvements Phase 1

DESCRIPTION OF WORK

This project generally consists of providing all door hardware, electrical, and low-voltage requirements and

modifications to provide new, complete access control systems to the noted three school sites.

This is a Multiple Prime contract bid to Clovis Unified School District. Please review plans and specs including all

Addenda. The following are the bid packages associated with this project:

CSI-01 – DOOR HARDWARE B License required

CSI-02 – ELECTRICAL & LOW-VOLTAGE C-7 or C-10 License required

All bids need to include the proper bid docs as called out in the Notice to Contractors & Instructions to bidders.

All Bidders are required to attend the following pre-bid meeting(s). Contractor must visit all sites on

either May 16, 2023, or May 18, 2023 as follows:
