Kingsburg Elementary Charter School Window Project

INTRODUCTION

Mark Wilson Construction (MWC) is inviting contractors to submit bid proposals for the Kingsburg

Elementary Charter School District, Window Project – Lincoln, Roosevelt and Washington Elementary

Schools.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK

The project consists of campus-wide exterior window replacement at Lincoln, Roosevelt, and

Washington Elementary School. Windows are to be owner furnished, Contactor Installed (OFCI).

This is a CM Multi-Prime Project bid to Kingsburg Elementary Charter School District. MWC is the

Construction Manager (CM) on this project.

Please review plans and specifications including all addenda.

All bids need to include the proper bid docs as called out in the Notice to Contractors.

Mandatory Pre-Bid Meetings:

*To be eligible to bid this project, ALL bid packages must attend at least one of the following

pre-bid meetings.

First Meeting: February 22nd, 2023, at 2:00 p.m.

The meeting will start at Lincoln Elementary School (1900 Mariposa St., Kingsburg, CA

93631) and then continue to Washington Elementary (1501 Ellis St.), and conclude at

Roosevelt Elementary (1185 10th Ave.)

Second Meeting: March 1st, 2023, at 2:00 p.m.
