JGHS ATHLETIC COMPLEX INCREMENT 1 - Landscape Rebid

Mark Wilson Construction (MWC) is inviting suppliers and subcontractors to submit bid proposals for

the Central Unified School District, Justin Garza High School Athletic Complex Increment 1 (Landscape

Bid Package Rebid) project. The project is located at 4100 N. Grantland Ave Fresno, CA 93723.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK- LANDSCAPE PACKAGE REBID- ONLY

This project is Increment 1 of a new athletic complex for Central Unified School District and will consist

of new athletic fields, site utilities, flat work, and parking lot.

This is a Multi-Prime Project bid to Central Unified School District. MWC is the CM on this project.

Please review plans and specifications including all addenda. All addenda from the original bid are to be

incorporated into this bid. If subsequent addenda need to be issued for this bid, the numbering will

begin with six (6).

All bids need to include the proper bid docs as called out in the Notice to Contractors & Instructions to

Bidders.
