Saint Rest - New Healthy Community Building

INTRODUCTION

Mark Wilson Construction (MWC) is inviting suppliers and subcontractors to submit bid proposals for the Saint

Rest Food to Share- New Healthy Community Building Project. The project is located at 2322 South Elm

Avenue, Fresno Ca. 93706.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK

This project consists of the new construction of a two-story building, intended for offices, community classroom

and a demonstration kitchen. The building is Type V-B construction, non-sprinklered, and B occupancy type. Full

on-site improvements and public sidewalk improvements are included.

Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems are design-build and have been previously selected. Select other

portions of work are being provided as donations, therefore are NOT able to be bid on, such as; paint, metal

studs/drywall, HM doors & frames.

To be eligible to bid this project, all trades must attend one of the two MANDATORY job walks:

MANDATORY TRADES: Site Utilities, Concrete and Earthwork

· 1st Meeting – Thursday, 11/17/2022 @ 9:00 a.m. at the jobsite

· 2nd Meeting – Tuesday, 11/22/2022 @ 9:00 a.m. at the jobsite
