INTRODUCTION

Caruthers Unified School District is inviting suppliers and subcontractors to submit bid proposals for the

Caruthers Unified School District Warehouse Facility – Electrical Bid Package. The project is located at 1

Tiller Avenue, Caruthers, CA 93609.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK

All electrical work as indicated on drawings, to include; demo, trench/excavation, backfill, compaction, rough-in,

finish, etc. All items to be furnished and installed to coincide with the Pre-Engineered Metal Building

installation/erection, and foundation & site improvements that was previously bid and awarded by Owner.

This is a CM Multi-Prime bid to Caruthers Unified School District. Please review plans & specs including all Addenda.

All bids need to include the proper bid docs as called out in the Notice to Contractors & Instructions to bidders.

Bidders are not required, but highly encouraged to attend the following pre bid meeting

Pre-Bid Meeting to be held at the project site (1 Tiller Ave., Caruthers, CA 93609).
